1. No. 1 wax removal tank has a total of 192 vibrating heads, 4 host controls, 4 electric heating tubes.

2. No. 2 rinsing tank has a total of 96 vibrating heads, controlled by 2 hosts, and 1 electric heating tube.

3. No. 3 rinsing tank has a total of 48 vibrating heads, controlled by a host, no electric heating, cold water rinsing.

4. No. 4 rinsing tank has a total of 48 vibrating heads, controlled by 1 hosts, and 3 electric heating tube.

5. The inner tank has a width of 450mm and a depth of 550mm. The front of the machine is equipped with plexiglass.

6. The whole machine is controlled by independent power distribution box.

7. The main driving square tube of the machine is 50*50, the material is 201*2.0mm stainless steel, the inner tank is made of SUS304*2.0mm, and the outer tank is 201*0.8mm.
